Minikicksco ships to the United States only. We provide a 30 days return window for only new products — unopened, in original packaging, unused, with all tags attached. Both defective and non-defective products can be returned. Additionally, we accept exchanges within the same return window. A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package and also re-sent by email with the RMA. Madaraca LLC covers 100% of return shipping — the customer does NOT pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. This page serves as the single source of truth for both returns and refunds.

1. Email support@minikicksco.shop with your order ID and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Expect a response within 24 business hours.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label by mail.
5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank may add an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee; the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only when the return is due to an error on Madaraca LLC’s part (wrong, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping is always free via the prepaid label.
