Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing them. The cancellation period starts from the moment you receive your order confirmation email.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to support@minikicksco.shop.
2. Include your order number.
3. Provide the email address used for the order.
4. If possible, mention your reason for cancellation.
Post-Shipment Cancellations
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to refer to our Return Policy for any returns or exchanges, as cancellation is not possible at that stage.
Refund After Cancellation
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and will be credited back to the original payment method. Approved refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Cancellation Fees
There are no fees associated with the cancellation of orders at Minikicksco.
Order Modifications
Requests for changes to your order, such as updates to the shipping address or adjustments in item quantities, can be made prior to shipment. Support will respond to modification requests within 24 business hours.
