How to File a DMCA Notice

Notices must be submitted in written form to the designated contact for accurate processing.

Required Information

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Contact details of the notifier, including name and email.
4. A statement asserting a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury regarding the truthfulness of the provided information.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Counter-Notification Process

Users whose content has been removed by mistake can submit a counter-notice. This must include their signature, identification of the material taken down, a good faith statement, contact information, and agreement to jurisdiction. The counter-notice will be reviewed upon receipt.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Minikicksco retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat offenders when appropriate.
