Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. An RMA number is also required before returning any item.

Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of item delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and any customized or personalized products.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should typically be received within 5–10 business days after we have the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Minikicksco’s part. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at support@minikicksco.shop to obtain your RMA number.
2. Prepare the item for return, ensuring it remains in its original condition and packaging.
3. Include proof of purchase with the return shipment.
4. Send the package to the designated address along with your RMA.
5. Notify us of the return shipment by providing the tracking details.
6. Wait for confirmation of your refund after we inspect the returned item.
