How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@minikicksco.shop before 2:00 PM MST on the dispatch day. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation process mentioned above.
How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) after confirmation. Delivery takes an additional 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), making the total estimated delivery time 6–13 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same business day. See our Shipping Policy for full timelines.
What shipping options do you offer?
We only offer Standard Shipping for all orders. There are no expedited or overnight shipping options available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders with a subtotal at or above $75 qualify for free Standard Shipping. If the order total is below $75, a flat fee of $4.99 will apply. All prices are in USD. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items, including both defective and non-defective products. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
Who pays for return shipping?
Madaraca LLC covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package, so you will not need to pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window from delivery for new, unused products.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement.
