Our return policy is designed to instill confidence while you shop. If any of your purchases fail to meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within the specified timeframe for a refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. The original packaging should remain intact.

Return Window

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized products, items designated as final sale at checkout, and any products that exhibit signs of wear or damage.

Exchange Option

Currently, exchanges are handled as a return and new order. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that offers tracking. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 2 business days of approval.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@minikicksco.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID along with the reason for the return.
3. You will receive a response within 24 business hours that includes a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address we provide.
