  • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email or message is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to verify, approve, or decline any order before processing.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as clearly stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Taxes (GST): Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory levies will be charged as per the prevailing rates of the Government of India and clearly disclosed before payment.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India. No shipping or handling charges will be added at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and approved wallets. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines.

7. Shipping and Delivery (India Only)

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the territory of the Republic of India. We do not accept or fulfil international orders. Orders placed with a shipping address outside India will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Free Shipping on All Orders: We provide complimentary free shipping on every order across India, with no minimum order value required. No shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs will be applied at checkout.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of successful order confirmation and payment.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination PIN code and courier partner.
  • Total Estimated Timeline: Customers can expect to receive their orders within approximately 4–7 working days from order placement, subject to courier availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen logistical delays.
  • Serviceable Areas: We deliver to most PIN codes across India through our courier partners. In rare cases, certain remote locations may not be serviceable; in such situations, we will notify you and process a full refund.
  • Risk and Title: Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery at the address you provided.

8. Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Exchange

9. Made-to-Order & Customised Products

For made-to-order or customised products, you are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete specifications. Lumaraboutique shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information submitted by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your specifications carefully before placing an order. All custom products are produced in compliance with applicable India regulatory standards.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Lumaraboutique.shop — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, product images, photographs, videos, illustrations, user interfaces, designs, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of Lumaraboutique or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
